Have asked this in another topic but thought I'd make a new one.
Currently playing as Chelsea in the 2008/09 season. I'm buying younger players (no one older than 18) and i've started a new training schedual for them which is really benefiting them. However to get an extra edge i'm wondering whether or not to purchase older players who still have quality to tutor these player before they retire?
I've got Ronaldo from Real Madrid on a free transfer and he will be tutoring Millan soon enough but I'm just thinking if there is a benefit and if so whether or not to get more in to do the same? any help will be greatly appricated!
