hey guys i'm new .. i need to know how to make arrows in tactics

and i have many strong young players 25- .. like odonkor and valdivia and felipe and chico and most of them have at least 1 20\20 but they r non euro .. how can i make them euro or how can i regester them at the middle of the season ?

and i always lose or draw .. i'm r.madrid and im 8th now can u tell me guys how to win games wiht like 3-1 or 3-0 or 4-0 maybe ?

right, either read wwfan's TT&F thread or his how to play fm07 thread, or download both tactics and use them, if they don't work play about with them a bit, as for the arrows on the players, right click on the player and drag
