Default Need help in third season..
Hi im half way through my third season as Portsmouth manager have finshed 6th and 7th in the last 2 seasons. Playing a normal 442 formation
This season it has been a different story the team is playing utta crap.
Still using the same 442 formation.
Have got a good team on paper but they just dont seem to playing well enough on the pitch any ideas?

I suggest trying some different formations, rotating them according to what the AI is playing against you. At the very least try a couple of variants on your 442 (ie try normal, attacking, and defensive styles)
