Am not used to the forum alot, soo i have no idea if am allowed to ask about this or if its allready a link up about it.. but am looking for a Team talk guide, if anyone can give me a link to a TT guide it will be highly appricated..

I think I read wwfans doing some work on team talks in detail, perhaps look on his thread not sure where I read it.

It is a neglected area, and I do wonder sometimes if leaving the talks to asst mang is wise, but I always do as they seem to be sucessfull. If you follow this approach hire a asst mang with motivating of 20 or close to that as you can.
