What does it mean whne players are not listening after a teamtalk

I notice sometimes after a pre/half and full time team talk it says the didn't seem to be listening. What things are likely to cause this?

not listening means they are not listening =S basically your level of discipline is low maybe because of what you have said before, for example if watford was beating man utd 1-0 at half time and you said you was angry then if you won 1-0 and you was pleased they wouldn't be listening as they would think you are a pr!ck

if you go manager profile you can see stats about you, also if a player gets sent off not disciplining them makes them think you are a push over

I think this is where you praise a proffesional player who does not think he deserves the praise for the performance.

He won't be angry because he is a proffessional.

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
