let's say i use arrows on my right and left midfielders.That means when i am in possesion they will be AM right and left and when not they will be midfielders.But those players have to be natural midfielders or natural atacking midfielders?i hope you understand my question

All the arrows do is instruct the player to operate between their positon and the end of the arrow.

i understand that.but a player to be on top of his game what abilities he needs to have?if i have a Midfielder with an arrow to become an AMC when i am atacking,what is best?to be a natural midfielder or an AMC?
