how do i load the downloaded tactics on to my game, i save the files in my tactic data folder but they dont show up.....!!! please help!?

You need to save them in My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007/tactics NOT the data folder.

The FAQ or Bible (one of those sticky threads) gives you the full info.
