Default Help needed major with Southend
I'm into my third season and have no money so I had to flog most players on free transfers.

Good thing is I managed to get Giggs, Fowler and Solano.

The only thing I can't do right is win games. I'm fairly new to this so I need help with what tactics to use, when, where and how. If anyone could help that would be great.
