Simple Formula:
Youth Academy + Max Youth Training Instalation + Good Youth Coach + Some Experience = More probability to get future stars.
A) Identify who can be a future star prospect. Usually u can see good stats in them at early years.
B) Get a good youth coach so they can develop better.
C) Get him some minutes of play for motivation.
this can be in eather of 4 ways.
Get him to play:
1) Friendly Games.
2) Lesser Cups.
3) 20 last minutes of a league game.
4) Loan to a lower league team.
D) Always invest first in youth. The future of your team is in your hands.
Watch out!!! Low concentration + high agresivity = Many yellow and red cards.
So if u get a good youth player with this 2 skills train him and then try to sell him you will get some money for him.
Also if u see he have good stats try to sign him to professional contract when ever you can sometimes bigger clubs will try to get him first when unprotected.
