Default Training for 2 regens?
I am Man Utd and I have just had bids accepted by Boro for these 2 regens:

But, I am no good at training regimes so i would appreciate some help on what their training should be so that I can turn them into top class players.

For the defender:
High ball control(Heading), Defense(Tackling, Marking, concetration, bravery...?), some attacking (Passing and decisions) and a healthy dose of Aerobic and strength training should do the trick
