Let me try.
by the way, when i set rooney on 20 CreativeFreedom, he is more likely to score some magical goals.however,he missed a plenty of goals that 'he should easily get in'
so i doubt if i should give a forward so high CF?
Anyone has an idea on how to set CF?

I'm extremely interested with your 4-3-3 tactics. Been implementing your settings for C.Ron and he has been extremely influential for the team. Do you think you can put up your tactic for download so I can test it?
Um, where do you think would be a good place?
Bear in mind; individual player settings must be set every match for optimum performance.
P.S: Beat Aston Villa 5-0 and Liverpool 5-3

I think i can help u.
my team is currently on a 14-unconceded run and 0.23 average in 24 matches.
my def-system based on a fm2006 tactic 'simple 442'
I tested in 07,and it successed.
DCs:men 6, cf 1, cd 6, rarely fwr & rwb
FBs:men 6, cf 1, cd 6, mixed/always fwr, cross ball
MCd:men 6, cf 1, cd 14, rarely fwr & rwb, HUB
I play zonal marking, with a DC(vidic-style) tight marking.
The def-line depends on your attackers, if they are on attacking MEN, push up! otherwise, stay deep.
i hope u can benefit from it.

Ronaldo-AMR
Long shots: Rarely
Cross ball: Often
Run with ball: Often
Forward runs: Often
CF: 10
Rooney-FC
Long shots: Mixed
Cross ball: Mixed
Run with ball: Often
Forward runs: Mixed
Through Balls: Mixed
Free Role: Yes
Hold Up Ball: Yes
CF: 17
That's how I set their instructions. Rooney in particular has been brilliant. My team revolves around him and he scores in nearly every match and has 28 goals in 20 appearances. Ronaldo has never been a creative player and never will be. Free role, playmaker and high CF should never be used on Ronaldo. Rooney can easily be set as all of these though. I've only recently stumbled upon the idea of using hold up ball for Rooney and he has been absolutely brilliant. I've never seen him do as well as this before.

It seems that c-Ron's job is to dribble and cross.
doesn't a winger need a little HIGHer CF to dribble? for him i give 13 CF.
and his performance is simply brilliant.
17 Goals 25 assists in 06/07 in my game

This is pretty much what I do to great result. Rooney was injured for 3 months but still has 15 goals and Ronaldo is about to win the Player of the Year Award for 07.
One thing that I like to do is to move CRon from right to left. The thing that annoys me is that, in order to get Ronaldo to do the same thing on both sides, I need to mirror the wingers even though I do not want Giggs/Park/etc. to do the exact same things as CRon.
Am I missing something? Is there a way to attach Ronaldo's (or any other player's) instructions specifically to him? If not, shouldn't there be?

I agree Jablome. There should be a feature where we would be able to save instructions for a specific player based on his strengths. It's rather tedious to have to change every instructions when you decide to shift your players around.
To Jablome and Evon: so what formation are you using? is it a conventional 4-4-2 or a 4-3-3?

i have a method to move CR from amr to aml without resetting.

2nd, move the aml to amr
last, move the ml to aml
