Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Coaches

There might be a post about it already, but I honestly don't even have enough time to play the game I like.
So if someone can tell me what is the good way for me to put assingments for coaches. Should i keep them all in everything, or just have them all train diffrent things?

It depends. What size club are you? How many coaches can you have/afford? How many stars are you willing to have as the minimum amount for each training exercise?

If I'm playing a short game at a top flight club, I sack a lot of coaches and bring better ones in so that I have 5-stars in everything, with each coach having his own specific exercise.

However, when I did a longer game with Hucknall, I could only afford an assistant and aplayer/coach, so I made do and had both of them doing all of the exercises, on 1-2 stars for each exercise.

Thanks, you pretty much answered my question. Better to have every coach do one thing and have 5 starts in it. But ofcource if i try to do like Eng 2nd division team, i have what i have
