Default Strength and Aerobic

What's the best way to use these two areas in training? Should more focus be put on aerobic?

At the moment all my outfield players have aero and strength set at a few clicks below heavy, gks have aero almost at light with med strength.

What have others found to be the best? I was thinking I could reduce strength with outfields and up training in other areas. I usually keep the overall training level just on heavy.

Search for Tug's training. I've been using that for a while and it's very effective.

Aerobic training is very useful for gks, as it is responsible for jumping (among others). You don't want to have a gk with low jumping.

Strength on High. Aerobic on High. Tactics on High. Ball Control on Medium. Set Pieces on Light.
