There is couple of things that are really bugging me,just to make it clear "I love this game",and I'm playing it for centuries now. :cool: It's just that training is really important part of my game,and some things I just cant get around. Why are coaches at English and German top clubs so crap. In Italy and Spain situation is little better,top clubs have some good coaches,but still very few 5 star coaches. Chelsea for example,I really dont believe that real life Chelsea coaching staff is that bad,and worse,the board dont let you terminate contracts for some of them because of "excessive compensation",but let you sack some of them for a higher compensation then for one they blocked you for. Its simply insane.
I didnt post this in the bugs forum,because I dont thing its a bug,its just the way that game is made,I just want to see is there other people who have problem with this.
And two more things,first why is it that user allways must have at least 9 or 8+assman coaches,with 4+ stars to get some results from the training,and AI have just FT coach and one general coach but still have better development of players. I know that they have whole bunch of YTCs(although very few of them have good coaching attributes also),but I'm talking about senior players here.
And secondly,all of those top club coaches have excellent mental attributes and reputation,but I cant believe that those have more impact on player's development than his coaching knowledge.
