do you mean the modifier ?
if you mean the actual database editor you don't download it because you already have it

If you mean the game's pre-game editor, it is loaded with the game but you need to go into the program files and install it. This is used to edit before you start your game.

there is a save game editor called FMM which you can find out about and get a link to in the Editors forum.

There have been issues where people have had an error message come up with a missing file. If this happens to you go onto google and search for MSVCP71....download and install into:- program files/sports interactive/football manager 2008
