I know what you mean. He keeps telling you to dump all the under 18s (including Jack Hobbs). His management of the reserves is crap as well. Try offering him a first team coach position. If he rejects you may have to pay a £1m to terminate his contract. Pako will usually come then once assistant manager position is free.
