Hey guys.

I want a good and pacy striker who's not too expensive. I'm thinking about Owen or Martins. Who scores most goals?

And also, in the beginning of the game Owen is injured. Is he faster when he is not injured and any ideas of how much faster?

Oba got about 12 in 12 for my United team, only for 12m too, but I quit the game to manage lower leagues.

done 2 seasons with those 2 as a partnership and Michael Owen has done MILES better, infact for half of the 2nd season Martins had lost his place to Ameobi. Owen all the way.

From what ive seen the game favours speedy strikers, with run onto ball as target man supply. (Both of these strikers are fast but i'd say owen is better)

I'd say Owen. I signed him at Villa for £9m at the start and although he is injured for the first few weeks he starts playing really well after, especially with a good target man.

I started a career with Newcastle and Owen was injured so I started playing one up front in the shape of Martins. So far he has 9 goals in 8 games!! Owen is back from injury and played a couple of games as sub and started in my league cup game against Luton scoring twice. Martins has a release clause of 13mil when you start so I made sure I offered him a new contract which he accepted...next thing I know Chelsea offer 14mil for him!

But I would probably plump for Martins ahead of Owen!

Owen anyday of the week! He has scored 7 in 8 games for my Man Utd team.

Owen IS a proven goalscorer...Martins has the POTENTIAL to be a proven goalscore so i would go for Owen
