Irl, on current form, there's not one player on earth who can come close to C. Ronaldo. That includes Kaka (different positions I know, but none-the-less).
| You must be joking...
Messi is much better then Ronaldo, IRL, that is. As for Kaka, C. Ronaldo doesn't even have enough class to clean his shoes... </BLOCKQUOTE>
Me gotta puke. Ronaldo is so good that you don't have enough class to type his name! You can't compare Kaka with Ronaldo, but impact wise Kaka beats Ronaldo, as Milan over rely on Kaka. Ronaldo has great skills, tricks and speed which beats Messi, but Messi has high creativity and dribbling skills.
Overall I would say Ronaldo is better than Messi, but about the same as Kaka. They are the best three players in the world, so really you can't compare them much.

In real life, Ronaldo is on fantastic form. I have to say I hat the little gimp but he's be a brilliant addition to any team.
On the game, I found Messi better. Ronaldo had slightly more assists, but Messi scored many, many more goals.

You will all prbably disagree, but the best player in the world on current form IMO is Diego at Werder Bremen. If your a football fantic like moi and follow all the main leagues you will no what i mean. If you dont just type in Werder Bremen Diego in youtube.

Do some of you actually watch football irl or do you just sit infront of FM and make your judgements about players based on that?
Lets see now. Ronaldo is great at passing, crossing, long range shooting, finishing, very creative, scores more than most strikers, gets plenty of assists, can score from free kicks plenty, can out-jump many defenders, can head the ball very well, can dribble past people with ease, is bloody quick, is very strong, is handy on the defensive end because of his strength and jumping/heading abilities etc etc etc. Messi is every bit as good as him in most departments except he's rubbish in the air, is not strong at all, gets injured all too often and doesnt score half as many as Ronaldo from open play or free kicks. That sounds like a lot of things but its not really that much. He's got all the attributes for a great, great player but C. Ronaldo is a much more complete player than Lionel Messi is. Kaka is probably stronger than Messi but he too is rubbish in the air despite being 6"1. A big liability on the defensive end.
That being said, I wouldnt mind ANY of the above 3 mentioned players in my team. Heck, I'd take all of them! I absolutely detest Ronaldo, adore Kaka and not bothered either way about Messi but you have to give credit where its due. Ronaldo has been in blistering form this season and last.
Its quite funny how convieniently people tend to go for the so called "flair" players. Cesc Fabregas is every bit as good as these three in his role. But oh so easily forgotten. Silly, silly.

messi is a lot better than ronaldo at linking up play with one twos and that....and if he didnt get injured he'd probably score just as much....and allthough ronaldo is one of the best dribblers iv ever seen i think messi is an even better dribbler...you could say that his hieght is a disadvantage but i wouldnt say so because its his low centre of gravity that makes him so hard to pin down.....i admit ronaldo is much much better in the air tho and better at free kicks....but messi's probably decent at them too...its just hard to get a chance to take one in that team

The only reason C. Ronaldo is better in game is becaue his teamwork stat is very overrated it should be in the negatives

Yer even tho i believe Diego and Messi are the best players in the world, i would say C.Ronaldo is the best midfielder in this game. I dont really rate Silva that high, as im the spain manager and he does score and assist but isnt as big impact as C.Ronaldo

Ronaldo shouldn't have high a teamwork rating, given. But, his free kicks rating could possibly be higher.
Silva, Messi and Kaka all did much better than Ronaldo in my games, but Ronaldo got more assists, furthermore, his crossing seems to be better IRL.
I despise the git, but he's an AWESOME footballer.
