Andy, the fact is you know what LLM's about. You know the Rules posted in the Forum Header, particularly the bit that says "without the need for tipping,cheating or bragging", and the tipping bit specifically includes taking or giving tips, and that specifically includes posting and visiting the likes of GPTG and T&TT.

You've always been welcomed here even when you've sailed mighty close to the wind with your interpretation of LLM, and indeed you played in the LLM Clan for a while.

Now, as for signing youth players, it's your game, play it as you will, as long as the players are found using LLM ethics I see no reason why you can't, but posting in the "unclean" Fora is never acceptable for a regular LLaMa.

As for "incrowds", there's none. The people who cast stones tend to be new guys who're attempting to fit in, unless there's actual evidence of "impropriety", in which case the regulars will let loose too.

You've been around this forum long enough to know that participating in T&T isn't even considered a 'grey area'. It's a big 'No'. Although you've not been to GPG, the 2 forums are tarred with the same brush.

Personally, I'm not too bothered by you hiring kids, although I'm not sure setting rules and sticking by them is the way to do it. (I tend to hire youngsters, but I'll never turn down a good veteran if one wants to join.)

Your last post sounds a bit like throwing the toys out of the pram. Describing the regulars here as the "incestuous incrowd" and describing the responses to your indiscretion as an "injustice" is just petulant.

I'm sure you know where the door is.

I don't get it, to be honest. I mean, it's one thing if a newbie comes and has not read the header and has no idea what LLM is about.

But now, a guy who has been a regular visitor seems to suddenly lose his memory and act like he has no clue what this place is for. Is this a strange disease taking its start?

Perhaps he just wanted to fit in, but never really understood what LLM was about. As been said again and again, it's not just some rules that has to be enforced - it's a way of playing the game.

Andy has made his choice, and he knows very well it's not compatible with LLM ethics.

Don't let the door hit you on your way out.

Pangaea, I never had any particular desire to fit in here or anywhere (why else would I wash up in Cambodia of all places?). I simply enjoy playing the game the LLaMa way - or should I say my LLaMa way, and I shall continue to do so.
