Default Scouting Rules
Just want to check a scouting query.

Thanks to Frank, im in Belgium. After scouting the home nation (and running dry) I was pleased that i was bordered with great counrties (esp Luxembourg).

Is a LLM practice to scout outside of your home nation to bordering countris in the 1st season?And are there any rules to this?

(apologies if this has already ben put on somewhere)

From the Guidelines Thread

So that sounds fair to me. Have a look in there as there are other guidelines to scouting in there, but I am sure that there are Zealots out there who may have a different view

Scout Your Borders (SYB) is a valid LLM practice in season 1.
