Hi there,

I'm new to managing lower league teams, i've only done Weymouth before and got offered the Wigan job after about 8 months. Can anyone give me any advice for this challenge?

Is it a bad idea to go over my wage budget?

Should I only buy free transfer players to begin with?

What stats should I be concentrating on for lower leagues?

Any help will be appriciated :thup:

Let's say hypothteically that you earn 2000 EUR per month. So, if you spend 3000 EUR every month, is that bad? Think about it.

You should try and purchase what scout(s) recommend.

The usual. Plus, they should be as high as possible.
