Workington/Airdrie United/Hinckley United/Hearts/Hinckley United.
Now LLaMas, are we sitting comfortably? Then we'll begin...
I started off by taking over at Workington, and soon realised what a task that was going to be. The Team's crap, the players are shyte and the staff are part-time cripples (full time useless).
After a few seasons we'd won no cups (suck @ss), but had been promoted to League 2 which I was almighty proud of, given the utter crapness of the squad and players (the Club went full-time on promotion to League 2, btw).
Airdrie United were languishing at the foot of Scottish Division 1 when the Board decided to offer me a contract to the end of the season (11 games left) to save them from relegation, which I duly did...with the help of a couple of guys I'd freed at New Year from Workington.
The season following a season of consolidation in Division 1 we got promoted to the SPL.
Rangers and Celtic absolutely reamed us every time we played, but the first season we finished in 6th, the second we finished in 2nd, qualified for the Champion's Cup, and managed to qualify from the group to the second knock-out stage (quarter final?).
Barcelona arsed us.
So, to summarise...Workington, no cups (suck @ss), two promotions...Airdrie United, no cups (suck @ss), two promotions, quarter final of the Champions' Cup (doesn't really suck @ss).
So. 2014.
Growing bored, as I was, of the heady heights of the Champions'Cup with Airdrie United from the SPL *cough*, I applied for the vacant job at Hinckley United.
They'd spent the entire time in the Conference North (10 seasons) and were due some success.
Despite this need to succeed they hired me, close season, and that's where I'm at just now.
The Knitters. Stupid name.

Workington/Airdrie United/Hinckley United/Hearts/Hinckley United. Post #2
I sneaked back to Airdrie at the dead of night and kidnapped a French DMC who'd been languishing in the reserves under the bástard of a last manager (who...me?) and signed him on a free transfer.
He also agreed to be my AssMan, being an old Froggie as he was. I also signed on frees a guy who'd been scouted 10 years ago and now was aged 32 and a guy who'd played with me for Workington about 10 years ago as well, and was now 34.
The three of them, aged 100 between them, helped us win the Conference North after the Board had said they expected us to challenge for it.
I'm hoping they'll stay on for next season, but the 34 year old who played at Workington is looking a bit breathless now.
Cups?
FA Cup, got to Round 3, beaten by Birmingham away.
FA Trophy, got to the semi, beaten by Gateshead on aggregate (Gateshead ended up winning the Trophy and the playoff final against Accrington to win promotion with silverware).
