Poof, I wish I had some of that ability.
Last night, top of League 1 playing 7th in league 2 at home in the league cup, it took 82 minutes before we had a shot, let alone one on target. 4 different tactics, changes to most sliders, nothing.
We won on penalties after equalising in the 90th miute, going 2-1 up and then being pegged back to 2-2 in the 121st minute.
I don't understand why my team forgot how to pass and shoot for this game.

Season 2016/17

Promoted from 3rd place, no need for playoffs, the beauty of three automatic promotion places :cool:

League Cup, 1st round...WAHGERTY!11. Fulham trounced us 3-0 away.

Vans Trophy, funnily enough we played in the South section after being Conference North fodder...Reserves and U-18's got us to the semi final, I played a first team in the South final, both legs, and we beat Gillingham 1-0 away and 6-1 at home (okay, they had two players sent-off, but we deserved it :o )

In the final we played Carlisle, drew 1-1, and lost 1-0 on penalties...I kid you not. Nine misses and one guy scored with the very last kick.

FA Cup, we drew the holy grail. ManUre at Old Trafford, they humped us 3-1 and we netted £817,079.

I used the just over £500k increase in transfer funds to buy a DMC for £35k, and the rest will help with the running of the Club.

Workington topped the League again and Airdrie United finished 6th.

League 1, here we come.
