Speaking of attacking Goalkeepers, i was playing as Bayern in the German Cup, and i was playing a lower league side. They played 2 'keepers, one in net and another as left winger. Despite having several other subs on the Bench!

Why Bayern is lower league isn't it? Gremany is lower than England, hence all leagues in Germany are lower leagues

I really hope turrhall you are talking about a save where you got to bayern from some real lower division club.

Regarding German lower leagues...I fear that soon playing in Germany will have even less options than right now. After all, the 2 third leagues (with 18 teams each) will be reduced to one third league of 18 teams. And I highly doubt that the 4th leagues will be added.

I think they should go down to the fourth league in that instance. Germany is a major footballing nation. The English, Spanish & Italian leagues go down as far as possible allowing for size of database and geographical issues within the game.

Not exactly an attacking keeper, but I've just played a Cup match in which my 2nd-string team outplayed the opponents for the full 90 minutes with no joy. 1st half of extra-time was the same story. 113th minute, a cross comes in, my striker heads it, keeper tips it on to the post, the rebound falls to my other striker who knocks it in.
That's the first time I've ever seen my goalkeeper join in with goal celebrations, and he had to run the full length of the pitch to do it.

if only you could re-train keepers, then my useless 7 foot keeper would have a purpose in life. Only time ive ever seen a 'keeper anywhere near the other teams penalty area was when i forget to take the "swap positions" tactic off when i subbed a striker to replcae my sent off goalie. So i had my keeper and striker running up and down the pitch.
