OK here's another one. Roughly how many years do you stay at a particular club before you feel that you have done all you can with them?

Once the side starts rocketing up the league, and has loads of money, I start to find things a bit boring, and hanker for a real challenge again.

Top players with all those 20s in their stats just don't do it for me

After you start with a lowest-league team, pick future teams in your save how you want. Some managers get that high, and relish the challenge of Europe. Some have been known to ditch their current team, and go after some hometown team or a team they couldn't quite succeed with in an earlier save. Whatever makes you happy.

I've actually never managed two teams in the same save. I'm very loyal, and want to bring them as far as possible. But then I play quite slow, so haven't had any of those 20+ season saves yet.

My current save is in 2012 and thats the furthest I've been tbh, but im planning to stick it out until I have a team of regens :cool:

Depends.
I started at my local club, got fired after 4 seasons. Then moved to Harrogate, stayed there for 12 (something like that) seasons and got fired.
Since I left them I became a jobwhore, being at my 5th club in 7 years.

So, I don't plan on how long I stay. If I get kicked out, fine. If I can stay for years and years, doing whatever the club (or me) can do, fine as well.

In 2011/12 with exeter in the premiership, tbh its getting a bit boring now, but i have a few very promising players, so i dont know whether to stay with these players or move back to the conference with a new challenge...

I used to last about 3 seasons playing boring style before my save broke. I haven't player for a while, but as you can see by my numerous posts in here over the last coupla days I'm dying to, and when I do, it'll definitely be the LLaMa way
