- I only have 1 1/2 years of experience

I'm thinking I probably shouldn't take the job but I really don't want to miss out on the opportunity!

I took on the Scotland U-19's job but only lasted one game because it's a ******* to select a squad and the U-21's and full squad nick your players without telling you and you end up turning up for a game with only 14 players.

I suppose the U-21's will be the same

If I were you I wouldn't take it at this early stage of your career.

But I also don't think that it would be the most heinous crime against LLM if you did.

My (potentially flawed) logic being that if a young english manager was tearing up an eastern european league, I would assume he would have had some UK press attention.

I don't have the English league loaded so it may be a bit challenging but I'd like to give it a go. I've never had an international job offer before and since they gave the u19 job to some unknown German ( :eek: ) with no club experience at all as far as I can see I don't think it would be too bad!

I didn't have too many problems with the Swedish U21s getting knicked by the full team.... I did get sacked for poor performance after we won the U21 euro tournament though
