Similar tale, Dead Guy.
I was given a £100 a week, one year, part-time contract, we sneaked promotion in the first season, and they offered me £70 p/w, part-time, for the next four seasons, and actually gave me a transfer fund, which they hadn't the year before.
I negotiated that I wanted £200 p/w for a year, and we settled on £120 p/w, part-time, for a year.
We then went full-time, the Club announced that everyone would have to go on a full-time contract in the very near future, and of course I can't renegotiate my own
Part-time manager at a full time club...and the highest paid players earn 5 times more than me per week.
