I read this book and decided to live like the diceman for a day. I got in at 6:30am with no idea where I'd been and then had to go to work on no sleep and tanked up. Bad idea.

Most of the members are nice people with at least some brain. Maybe because the average age here seems to be higher than in other places.

I don't play online, but ditto the feeling of gaining safety on the final day with a desperate injury time goal.

Or losing in the playoff final for the third time running with a desperate goalkeeper fumble in the injury time. Must've wakened up all my neighbours when that went in.

Over the years building up a team, a style of football and even a club itself. I like that 'people' in my game would look at the club and say "that's the house that TC built" or something similar.

That might also explain why I find it so hard to move clubs in my games.

The Scene:
Instituto v Boca Jrs, 5 minutes to go it's 1-1. Ball is with my CB, he passes the ball to the Boca Striker, an inch perfect pass, he runs into the box and scores 1-2 we lose.

I scream, Why did you pass him the ball fking spanker!!!

After 17 seasons, 3 sackings 1 promotion and 1 Premier title, my team are still playing like Llamas. Managing top teams just doesn't have that I built this team its mine feel.All the effort put into building the team, setting up training and working out the tactics to suit are all a huge part of LLM.
Have you ever jumped out of your chair going \o/ because your Llamas just beat 1 of your rivals?

The LLM way is a challenge, sometimes frustrating sometimes joyous and always the only way I can this game.
