I always do them, so yea. I used to have the ass man to do it for friendlies, but then he got the squad upset about it, so I stopped that for good. It's gotten pretty formulaic for me by now, so it takes a few seconds at most and seems to give good results.
Well I started off doing them. Having done it for a while you figure out the "Correct" things to say which got boring so I left them to my ass man again.

Mine neither...I've never let him.
I honestly find that my choice of half time team talk can have a effect on the game and sometimes I make a good choice and sometimes not. I even get messages from the media telling me as much occasionally.
