It does not really matter how long it takes for someone to gain an E.U. passport, it either happens or it doesn't.
IRL, some players spend their whole footballing carrees in Europe and never take out new nationality papers. Others produce fake papers and get new passports almost straight away.
What difference does it make, to your game, as to when or if they take new nationalities? If you are basing your decision, on buying a player, on when he will get a new nationality, then you should not be, there is no guarantee that any player will be given one. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I completely disagree with you, I think its very important information. Personally, I like to start a game knowing all the rules.
It can make a big difference in leagues where you are limited to the number of foreign players you have.
I'm sure there will be cases IRL where players have signed up after agreeing to take on that country's nationality as soon as possible.
