Im in the last game of my LLM season, and I need a draw or a win to guarantee the title.
So I go to my squad list and both my keepers are injured and to my horror the one in the reserves is ineligible I end playing my Right Back in goal with a goal keeper rating of 2.
Luckily i held out for a draw and will be posting updates, surely there should be an emergency rule where you can bring in a keeper on a short term loan even if the registration window is closed, just like Everton did.
On the subject however have any of you had any similair miss fortunes with your Lower League team?
You have failed to mention your progress as background, from the fact that the conference north and south don't have transfer windows I take it you are in a higher league?
I have not encountered such problems before but then I make sure I have more than adequate cover for all positions as best I can.

I played with a defensive midfielder in goal (GK Rating: 7) last game I played after all my 'keepers decided to all injure themselves at the same time (a :ghey: orgy?).
It was the Copa Libertadores final, and we won 5-1
you know I've been playing FM06 for about 3 months now and I completely forgot about the ability to sign grey players. They are all supposed to be utterly pants anyway aren't they.
StanLaurel I dont recall mentioning player names in that post mate, btw im playing in the Portugese league and you are not allowed to register any players in the final month of the season.
