Default Training?

How importent is it to create training schedules to get improvements or can you survive just using the default training? Is it worth messing around and getting different types of players doing different training? any constructive comments would be great cause iv never really got into the training side of things in CM/FM but now im starting to play more i'm just wondering if it males a diference or not.

At last, I will be the first to respond to one of these (I hope). Wrong forum. We don't do tips of any kind. Read the forum header.

not asking for a tip just asking if it is worthwhile exploring a part of the game iv never used. a Yes or a No will suffice

It would still be tipping, Caley. Investigate for yourself if it interests you, but don't expect any information from us.

It's up to you. Some people here probably mess around with training routines, others don't bother and leave it on default.

Tinker around with it yourself. Make your own mind up

Ok victa i have to disagree with you that answering my question would be tipping as having re-read the forum header it does not mention anything about training. If i was asking what to use then yes that would be tiping but i asked if it is worth exploring and trying stuff out. Same to you greg.
I am not stupid enough to post on here asking who to sign or what tactics to use as that would be pointless, i'm the onlyone playing my save so it will be a unique game with other people tips based on their own saves of little worth to me.

It's worthwhile playing around with - although your training schemes you work at may actually cripple your players until you get the balance right.

That's as much information as you'll get around here as any more may be construed as tipping

Well as SI went to all the trouble of putting training in the game I thought it was only fair for me to have play with it. So I did set up some training schedules that I though would work. I have no idea whether the players were better off on my schedules or the default ones though because I have no way to compare them.

Just on the point LFCfan made and I need to be very careful not to tip here, but crippeling you players is probably not a good idea unless they are incredibly good at heading the ball.
