Whebever I take someone form the Conf N/S I always get a message that it was a surprise appointment vecause the club hired an unknown manager. Like managers there are well known.

There's already a thread here for people who want to complain about the game, in "I'll tell you what's really getting my goat just now..."

However, managers who do get hired in the lower divisions in England do tend to be at least somewhat known in the footballing community there.
