Cheers Nobby - Your right about Nuneaton, however Pizzighettone is a real strggle. When i took them over we had 4 loans in. Just started the next season and have till this point been unable to get any loans in. This has left my squad very very thin and i'm playing 5 17yr olds in the first team.

When I joined Pizzighetone last season I'd inherited 4 season long loans. All four were in my starting 11 and for love nor money could I attract any loans this season. I thought I was going to struggle as I was forced to play 4 or 5 17yr olds every game. The season started poorly and driffed along poorly. We managed to string a few wins together mid season and looked like an outside chance of a playoff spot but true to form we ended the season poorly.

Still unable to attract any loans but they weren't required as I decided (forced) to put faith in the youngsters. A 16yr old was promoted from the U20 squad and more than held his own in the first team. We started with 3 straight losses and I thought we were in trouble. My only good scout recomended a couple of lads that had been released from clubs that turned out to be great. One scored for fun and the other held down DC for the entire season (30 straight games with and avg of 7.45). But I digress.

No teams in Italy (even Serie A) play a reserves team. I've checked Inter, Bari, Juventus and a few others and not one of them have a reserves team playing regularly. I've checked Spain and the only teams that have reserves playing in a comp are the ones with 'B' teams.
This has totally pi$$ed me off.

I've been building a squad and its stupid that the players on the fringe cant get a game. The only ones I can get match fit are my U20's. The next time an English club comes calling I'm off.
