I'm playing at Dergview in the Northern Irish 2nd Division (more to come after 3 seasons) and I've noticed they're the fittest bunch of part-timers I've ever seen. They're always at 100%, even after midweek games they only drop to 97-98%, and I've played the same, unchanged, team for 9 consecutive games, which is an absolute record by about 6 games for me.
Question is, have any of you guys noticed this in Northern Ireland or with part-time players in general? (I normally get my first team squad on full time as quickly as possible, but money is a huge problem in Castlederg )
Ian you are in Northern Ireland…. Therefore your team drink Irish Whiskey. Whiskey in Irish is “uisce beatha” which literally means as “water of life” which in Llama speak means 100% conditioning for every game....

I've wondered a bit about this actually. Now I always put contracts back to part-time instead of trying to get my good blokes on fulltime contracts as the club is still PT. So it's fine to tie people up on FT contracts while club being PT?
I thought otherwise as there are obvious advantages to FT training (and disadvantages moneywise for new contracts)
