first i'd like to say i'm not moaning because i'm still winning. ok so i made half season scoring 3-4 goals per match and having many shots on target and even beat Chelsea at their home with Benfica, AI usually would get 6 goal chances and score one if they had bad players or 2 if they had good players which seems reasonable. now in february my strikers became dumb and play like amateurs because they just cant beat a keeper,i still get lot of chances but only score half goals i used to score, on another hand any player from the AI can now score when they have the chance and the most rediculous is that i make one gameplay i cant score they make the same gameplay they score no matter how crappy the player is...

can someone tell me when the re-ranking is done??? or why my players are getting dumb?? moral is god,tactics the same, teamtalks dont seem to make any effect

My players seem always to go through a rough patch (Sorry, for using the P word) in December..We could be flying along through Sept, Oct and Nov, but then Dec comes with Santa and bang..We hit a wall.

I was thinking of going on Holiday in November until January, just to see if that helps. maybe a bit of Gardening leave

sometimes it makes me think there is some build in system to slow you down.. seems every 8-10 games.. you play few totally retarded games,

mostly gonna loose and enter loosing streak...

cuz it never like won. loss won loss loss won won draw los won won . and such . its like won won won won drawn drawn loss loss loss loss drawn drawn loss won . drawn won won won won and so on...

even if you team is 5x timers stronger than any other team on league you can see how on some games you make 5 goal attempts instead of those 15-25 you used to make before.. then next game it goes back fine..

maybe im just paranoid >_<

try playing conference..... 15 goal attempts 2-0 goals.. ai 5 goal attempts.. and more goals than you.. those games drives me crazy, considering my both attackers are best in league by a mile since they are on loan...

re-ranking is done from a match to match basis depending on the AI managers and how your team is doing.

It's not something that suddenly cuts in and makes you lose.

exacly my feeling, seriously i have Vagner Love, Cesar Delgado,Falcao, Rodrigo Palacio im my team and i play in Portuguese league, these players are the stars of the league and each one scored 15+ goals until January and suddenly all of them get dumb??? is AI so dumb that the only way they have to win is make my world class players get dumb every game????

I usually have less goal attemptions and score more goals... but only if I'm playing CA. In this way strikers have more clear chances, easy to score.

It's not ridiculous, its realistic. Players and teams are all about form. Ups and Downs, player will score 20 in 15 and then 5 in 20, you might win 10 in a row, draw the next 7.
Change things around, different tactics for different teams might help.

Spot on, in addition even though the options are limited the OP can try and manage his players into form by either criticism or encouragement depending on the players personality.

The teamtalk "faith in your ability" option can be very useful if a player is having a crisis of confidence.
