I also have Abou Diaby on loan for second season in a row,he enjoys playing for the club and is payed 80 000 euros a month..and then when i try to sign him permanently and i offer him 500 000 euros a month he says he has no interest in joining Bayern.
And when Porto declared they want to sign Ribery,he said it would be hard to turn Porto down...what the hell is that??!!..I'm pretty sure that Bayern are much more elite club than Porto or Newcastle for God's sake!..sort it out because it is really unrealistic..and i'm not even going to commet about my chairman's decisions about selling my players..the guy sold Breno,my wonderkid,to Roma for a lousy 15 million even though in the balance i had about 80 million..how stupid and unrealistic is that?
| The thing is, a player's preference for clubs is simulated quite systematically in FM, so i don't see how FC Bayern could be somehow "discriminated against" unrealistically.
Club reputation, league reputation, country preference, favorite club, training facilities, favorite personnel, Champions League qualification, contract offered - these all factor into a player's choice.
So unless FC Bayern's club reputation or Bundesliga's league reputation was somehow under-credited in the game, the player's choice did factor in Bayern's attractiveness.

Wow, check your facts. Bayern have 10 times the fan base that Newcastle has. Check the season attendance stats. Or check the number of worldwide fans and fan clubs. Newcastle might as well be Scunthorpe United compared to Bayern. Also they have never gone on a spending spree before in this current season. They rely on homegrown talent form the youth system.
Newcastle is a crap team, sorry to tell you. Bayern is tops for a reason, and it doesn't have to do with buying players (present season excluded).

| That's because they don't rip the fans off so much in Germany though...

Didn't Höness say in his tirade that if they didn't charge so much they wouldn't have their new arena? |

i think this is more to do with league reputation than anything with the english players here, the premierships the better league. besides, just how many english players can you name that play in the bundesliga?
as for ribery, as hes your own player theres loads of factors here, like his personality, how well hes settled into football in germany and how well the team is performing. hes an ambitious player, and if your bayern team arent in the champions league and arent performing great in the league then that wont help. just how well did you do in your first season?

well i didn't do really well in the first season..finished 3rd..but at the time ribery was sold..it was winter transfer window in my 2nd season, i was comfortably in the first place and playing champions league football..ok,he went to inter i have no complaints about that, but when ashley young chose newcastle over CL football in Bayern it really ****ed me off

i explain why a player rather play in england than in germany its very simple
1 the englisch football culture and atmotpshere is much better than germany
2.in england they play football in his purest form and in the bundesliga they play SCHEISSE fussball becus they always makes swalbes and they have only crap players they never play in premiership becus they are ***** and they know that so thats why a player rather play newcastle than ss bayern |
