was reading up on this today. they will have a manager and stuff just the same. it would take years to pick a team if everyone had a say lol.. which in a way they do.. anyway...

SI have said that it wont be in 08 but they will take account of it for 09 but at the moment have no idea how.

If they do spend time implementing this into 09, I am wondering which more quality or more important features will be left out.

I'm all for this IRL and came close to joining up, but I don't know that this would be high on my wishlist for the game. I mean it's not like SI is locked into a motto like 'If it's in the game, it's in the game.'

Personally, I think it would be best to initially, give the chairman a very high interfering attribute instead of implemeting this. It would probably be best to give it a couple of seasons to a) See how it works in practice, and b) See if it does work (which is highly doubtful).

Emm

The League 2 salary cap has been in operation since 2004 and that's not in FM08. SI are still "investigating how it works".

I guess it;s their game and they decide what goes in and what doesn't.
