im managing haarlem in the dutch first division, one of my players first nationality is dutch and he is ok, 4 goals 4 assists in 12 games his value is £60k. his other nationalities are american and ghanian. for some reason, with no other international experience he is called up to the USA senior squad. he doesnt even make the bench, and picks up an injury training with them and is out for 3 months. a reserve player of mine, a 20 year old dutch defender with columbian other nationality and no league experience at all, gets regulary called up to the columbian senior squad. i dont mind that, but he is yet to make his debut. surely it is better for him to be in the columbia u20 team for experience?
