The whole board expectation addition would of been great, had they actually thought about it.
Started a game with sheffield utd. board expectation: be a major player in the championship within two seasons, fourt round of FA cup and Third round of league cup.
I said i thought i could achieve promotion and expressed this to get extra funds, the board now expect me to get promoted this season and still expect a championship major player in two years? first error.

Second error, I was Drawn away at Arsenal in the 3rd round of the FA cup, which of course i lost, and the board are unhappy that i didn't reach the fourth round?!?!?

Third error. Despite my apparently unacceptable loss to arsenal, I am top of the championship with 10 games left. 11 points clear and scoring goals for fun yet the board are only SATISFIED with my performance, due to an unpopular signing (a free transfer back up player who is yet to play a single game) and my early fa cup exit

It is Ludicrous! they should be kissing my a**!

Board expectations are overrated imo.

I agree. Achived more than requested in the league. Champions of Norway two season in a row, and the board is moaning about some 17 year ols to be superstar who they think is a very bad signing.
Also i got to the 3rd qual. round of the Champions League, and got knocked out. Progressed to the UEFA cup and qualified for group round and 1st knout round. The board is very unhappy about only getting to the 2nd qual.round og champions league.
Half third season gone, I'm second 1 point behind leader with two games less played, the board is "disappointed that the team is currently only on course to challenge for the premier divison title".

Needs a big tune up!
