yupp

there is

financial control = you should always be in the green don't loose money

tactical consistency = always use the same tactics

etc

stick to this and they will go high like 20or so after a couple of succeses and seasons

But what about at a debt ridden club? I have the board telling me that the bank balance is so healthy that they're considering making me the accountant for about 2 seasons in a row but my financial control attribute is 9??

Tactical consistency is not necessarily a good thing though, makes you more predictable.
