i just bought vagner love, a brazilian from cska moskow as his contract was running out.i offered the contract straight out and didn't negotiate with the club. i presumed this meant a free transfer but now i look at my trasnfers list and it shows him costing 6.75mill pounds.

You have to pay compensation for some players under the age of 24.

The Bosman ruling isn't going to affect a Russian club. I believe under the rules of their FA, compensation is paid for any player signed without a transfer fee, no matter their age. And I think the same goes for Ukrainian clubs.

You have to pay for players under 24 who you get transfer free. I got Sakho, Saivet and Bouzanis on free transfer, but i had to pay a little fee to the clubs.
