Default manual for FM 2006

Hi, I hope you guys can help me out. I recently bought the FM 2006 game for my 11 year old boy. I was surprised to see that there was no manual in the box. I wanted to take it back to the shop but it's closed for a couple of days for X-mas holidays. Meanwhile a friend told me that it's common that a manual is no longer inserted in the box for older games but I find this very hard to believe. Meanwhile, I have a kid here that's eager to play his new game. He's got his team together but we've both been breaking our heads trying to find a button that actually starts a football game. If someone could help us out on this matter? Or can I download a manual somewhere?

Thanks

Just like to mention that I'm an absolute dumb-ass when it comes to playing games on pc so forgive me if my question might appear stupid.

Pantah - if the game was a geniune copy of the game it should definitely come with the manual. The only thing to do will be to go back to the shop and get the manual for the game

You need to use the "continue" button on the screen to continue the game, or press the space bar, which does the same thing.

You probably have a budget version of the game, which means the manual will be on the disc somewhere in PDF format.

You might also want to download Marc Vaughan's hints and tips guide, which is here:-
