I'm really desperate to play this game and love it because im a big FM fan but the match engine keeps going very slow a jerky at times before spedding up again for a bit.

Ive tried everything! Slowing the match speed and highlights bar down, turning the match ticker to 1 second, turning all sounds off. Theres one thing that i havent tried is the 100% power target thing but im on Vista and i cant work out how to do it.

Can anybody help me please? Im really desperate to play properly but at this rate im just going to have to take the game back to the shop and never play 08

Is this because of the patch or something?

I have Vista and I find that occasionally the game sort of 'jerks'. I am guessing (only a guess mind) that it is the games match engine calculating who will win the challenge, a race for the ball etc, things like that.

That's what I was hoping it would mean anyway!

Nah mine does it for a couple of seconds before being alright again. I really just want to play the game and get on with a career but i cant Nobody ever answers you on the support forums.
