Wa fiddling out with my tactic and couldn't seem to get the sliders to match up. Whilst playing about I noticed that if you count the very left of the slider as 1, the Team Mentality slider has 22 clicks, whilst all other Team Instructions at the top have 20!!
The mentality of individual players has 20!!!

I always assumed that all had 20 clicks, so why does one stick out with 22?

Maybe, because the players can't go 'All out attack' but the team can?

The team mentality slider has 22 settings with 1 being ultra defensive and 22 being all out attack. The individual mentality slider only has 20 settings, with all players, regardless of individual setting having the team mentality if it is set at ultra defensive or all out attack.

Team mentality of ultra defensive and all out attack will overide any individual mentality settings. Only these two though.
