Apologies but i am no computer whiz, but am i right in thinking i can have my image on the game (instead of a shadow)?

I'm confused by terms like
"face pack" so can anyone expalin in laymans terms?!

u can add ur picture when u set up new manager, pick which picture you want and put it in a folder which is easy to get to and then when you add new manager there should be an option saying browse nr the pic of the shadow, click on this and go to the correct folder and select the pic.its very easy, ive made it sound more complicated than it is.

Is there any way to change the pic once you've added it?

Sorry, I'll be a bit more specific. Is there a specific xml file that the manager picture is referenced in so I can change the xml line to another file?
