I know there's a few of these around, but I thought I'd throw mine in as well since I had to make it available to work with a save game that I posted on some other sites.

It includes:

All teams in English League - from premier league to conference north/south and even beyond (to ensure promotion/relegation and the cups are full of good clubs - swapped with entire world's elite.

All nations made part of EEC to ensure no work permit rules

League reputations altered to ensure that the World League is the preferred destination for star players.

Finances altered across leagues to ensure competitiveness and equality at the start. Debts erased and each league starts at an equal amount of cash and transfer fees.

Champions League/UEFA Cup are no longer in play, as the continent was changed to Oceania (thanks StevenHP for the idea). The World League Cup (a.k.a FA Cup) proves to be just as exciting as the old European Competitons.

One of the only problems with the league is that I had to turn all the clubs' nationalities to English, therefore most teams newgens will be of English descent. There are still a lot of newgens of other nationalities as well though.

Extract the database to your CDocuments and Settings\user name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\db folder. Start a new game and select World League as the database you'd like to use. If you have any questions/concerns, let me know, otherwise, enjoy!

this looks great but whats the prize money like for winning the the gold or silver league alot of teams depend on league millions?

i like playing the european competitions...is there any way i can reverse the continent/region status back to europe from oceania with out causig any conflictions in the game?

Just a couple of questions -

1.Do the clubs also play in there local competitions -exp Lyon do they also play in France and the World league as well ??

2.Is it possible to switch teams around -for instance instead of Olympiakos in the world Gold league - can i try him out in the platinum league?

3.The database that you have for download -does it start from 2006 ?

4. If I download -to play it is it at the start of new game just choose "world database"

jaan - I think it would be alright to turn on the Euro Comps, but I'm not sure. All of the other leagues are full of crap English lower division squads now anyway. To do it you would switch England's TLA back to EUR

alexander999 - The clubs only play in the world league, and the cups within the world league. You certainly can switch teams, just swap them around in the editor. The database does start at 2006, although I have included a savegame also for download for use with the database that starts in 2012 if you choose to do that. And yes, when you start a new game just choose World League from your list of databases.

an4ew - The prize money is the same as it was with the english leagues. I've given all the teams some starting cash and erased their debts to ensure financial stability.

problem with the download
DIRCKS

downloaded and placed the file in the db folder --it is there -I checked it--Started a new game but the selection does not appear ??
Any suggestions -that you might think I did wrong

Hello, ive downloaded the file but when it saves it saves as a excel file...is this suppose to happen???

Are you talking about the database or the save game?? Do you have winrar? Is anyone else having this problem??

i just clicked on World League DB link n downloaded the file, then when it had finished it came up as a excel file, have i dont anything wrong for this to happen?
