Im Just Curious what new aditions to the editor there are with the latest patch.

I noticed theres been the reserves team option been added which im delighted about and i noticed a Regional Divisions option in the Competitions option but not sure what its all about so if anyone could tell me it would be great as i am going to attempt to switch some leagues with a made up country so this things would be very useful! thankyou
