Dam this is annoyin i spend ages doin a new team to put in the english confernece north and when i come to play it,i select my databasee and walla, i look on the select leagues and ENGLAND isnt there, everything else is, help

You can check your DB again. Maybe you've done something wrong. You can also try to save it again.

the only thing i did was to edit how long it takes to get a English nationality, will this be maybe the reason?

When you added your new team to the conference north, did you remember to remove another team. You can not change the amount of teams in a playable division, if you do so the game won't let you start a game in that league.
