Im Liverpool and all I ever get offered is Scottish clubs (occassionally a Polish one)

Despite being well below my wage budget, I still lose a million quid a month, which means i cant spend my transfer budget without racking up a huge debt.

Everyone tells me the American or Asian feeder club is the best way, but how do I get one?

Normally your reputation has to be worldwide before you can get a Asian/American feeder club.

that's rubbish dude. you can get one even if your team is known national, but you'll get a 2nd division team of the USA or China, South Korea or Japan instead of a 1st division team. if you really want one, you can try to anticipate the time your board needs to think about what feeder clubs they could offer you (normally it takes around 2 weeks). so let's say you ask for it on 02-07-2006 -> when you're on 10-07-2006, start saving your game day after day by using at least 2 different savegames. when the board offers you a few feederclubs (e.g. on 14-07-2006) but they ain't merchandising deals, reload the last save you did (should be on 13-07-2007 at 22PM or 23 PM or something) and go to the next day.
the board will offer you other clubs (some can be the same). repeat this until you find the club you desire.

Your need to except the scottish/polish teams first before they will offer the mechandise clubs.

It usually goes in order; local (English) - regional (scottish) - werk permit (polish) - merchandise (USA/Japan).
